Sassy Ginger Dressing
I love saving money. The whole food lifestyle can appear more expensive than the Standard American Diet (SAD). But by purchasing ingredients instead of meals, it works out better. Better for your health and better for your wallet.

Making homemade salad dressings is one EXCELLENT way I save money (and unneccessary ingredients). I love this ginger dressing for many dishes that have an asain flare. It's fresh and flavorful and stays true to our whole food lifestyle.

I'm not sure what I like best. How tasty it is. Or how easy it is. I think it teetertotters back and forth between the two. Today ... it's all about what is easiest and has me in the kitchen the least. Time and ease wins (today).

Ingredients

1/2 cup grape seed oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbl Bragg’s Amino Acid (or soy sauce)
2 Tbl fresh ginger, grated
1 Tbl dark sesame oil
1 tsp raw honey
1 tsp black pepper
A sprinkle of red pepper flake (optional)

Instructions

STEP ONE (& the only step):
Add all to a blender. This dressing could also be mixed in a jar with lid. Mix on high for about 1 minute or shake vigorously in a jar. Test the lid before the "vigorously" part. Pour over your favorite salad and serve.
