1/2 cup grape seed oil 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 2 Tbl Bragg’s Amino Acid (or soy sauce) 2 Tbl fresh ginger, grated 1 Tbl dark sesame oil 1 tsp raw honey 1 tsp black pepper A sprinkle of red pepper flake (optional)
STEP ONE (& the only step): Add all to a blender. This dressing could also be mixed in a jar with lid. Mix on high for about 1 minute or shake vigorously in a jar. Test the lid before the "vigorously" part. Pour over your favorite salad and serve.
