Italian Steak and Peppers
Italian Steak and Peppers

It’s fun to look around the dinner table and see all the smiles and giggles after you’ve placed minimal effort in the kitchen. This heart and healthy recipe features fresh ingredients, like peppers and onions, basil and lemon that all brighten up a savory beef dish. This isn’t calorie light, but it provides a huge dose of Vitamin C & E, anit-inflammatory agents, beta-carotene, and provides an immunity boost.

When time is challenging yet you want the family to gather together around the dinner table, try this recipe that has the “I’ve been cooking all day” taste. Grass fed beef strips in a hearty gravy served over a healthier-than-potatoes option will give your family a smile on their face and joy in their hearts. You can feel proud to serve your family and friends something healthy and hearty without stressing out over excess time spent in the kitchen. Give your family a hug while you all reach for better health, inside and out.
