6 cups watermelon, cubed into small bites
2 cups blueberries
5 oz. arugula
6 oz. feta cheese
½ cup raw almonds, sliced (I buy them pre-sliced)
½ cup grape seed or olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. Honey
1 garlic clove
Salt & Pepper

Make dressing by adding all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.

Pour dressing over the salad ingredients. Done. NOTE: Chill for 30 minutes if your watermelon was not already cold.

Chill salad ingredients before making. After you mix it together, serve immediately. Cool and sweetly perfect along side grilled chicken.
If you want to improve blood flow and circulation naturally, decrease in consumption of meats, milk and cheese can help, but for the time being you can eat foods that contain nitrates to boost nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide is a key signaling molecule throughout the body. Restoring nitric oxide availability also lowers blood pressure and helps treat erectile dysfunction. Foods high in citruline also boost nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide is made from the amino acids arginine and citruline. Citruline forms arginine that is then converted to nitric oxide in the cells. Foods high in citruline improve sexual performance. Watermelons are very high in citruline.
Combining the top food that containes Nitrates - Arugala, and one of the top foods to contain Citruline - Watermelon, You can achieve improved blood flow with this salad.
