FIRST STEPS
Here are a few first step ideas:
1. Select one thing you consume that you know is harmful and replace it with something smarter.
2. Make one meal per day without any man-handled products. Do this 3 times per week and work your way up to 7 days per week.
3. Eliminate man-made drinks (Power-ade, Gatorade, soda, etc.) and replace with water, coffee and tea (watch what you put into them, too).
4. Plan to make one of NowGoCook's recipes. Use the videos to show you how it's made - especially if you're intimidated or unclear on the directions.
5. Decide to look beyond the "chore" of cooking and focus on the potential of YOU!
