We're not sure if people from California are cool and that is why this salad is cool, or maybe it is the fresh fruit this salad includes. These Salads helped me Break the Bread... habit!

Everyday I was challenged to eat something on bread or a tortilla or some other form of flour in the many varieties offered out there in Lunch Land! Try as I might how was I supposed to remove bread from my diet this way? These salads made it so I could prepare ahead of time (Sunday Night!) and keep up the same great whole food eating each day without the bread. My body responded quickly to the removal of bread.... I felt better, healed better, no longer craved the breads & began to shrink due the the removal of what was causing inflammation in my body due to the constant influx of the bread ingredients!
