Sassy Ginger Rice Noodles
Ingredients

8 oz. Brown Rice Noodles, prepared to directions and chilled
5 cups Nappa Cabbage, chopped (or 1 small head)
2 cups green beans, trimmed & blanched
2 cups bean sprouts
1 red pepper, sliced
1 cup cilantro, minced
½ cup basil, chopped
1 cup Sassy Ginger Dressing

Instructions

STEP ONE:
Make the Sassy Ginger Dressing

STEP TWO:
Add all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl, toss in the dressing and refrigerate for 1 hour. Toss one last time and serve.
